Plastazote® is a closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene (PE) foam product, which is available to provide increased rigidity, improved temperature resistance, and improved mouldability.
Plastazote® foam is designed to offer superior performance and lighter weight.

The absence of chemical substances in the foam (nitrogen-blown) and a consistency of cell structure and density means that Zotefoams can offer the world’s lightest cross-linked foam as well as the cleanest cross-linked foam on the market.

Plastazote® LD33 is a product that is most often used in foam installations where a finer surface structure is desired. But also when you want other colours than black and white.

Plastazote® LD33 foam allows you to combine colours with a black surface that is thermo-laminated. For example, a 5 mm, black Plastazote® LD29 which is thermo-laminated onto a red Plastazote® LD33.

A colour-combined foam installation is used to give the user a better overview of their products positioned in the foam while achieving a professional and aesthetically pleasing end result.

Plastazote® LD33 is available in black, white, blue, red, yellow and green. Other colours may be available at higher volumes.
